Getting started on your aesthetic enhancement journey starts with us and an in-person assessment where we
discuss what you want to achieve, how exactly we’ll achieve it and any concerns you may have!
Your Consultation
Every client begins with a medical lifestyle consultation, either virtually or in-person at our clinic. During this consultation, we will discuss your detailed medical and aesthetic history, including your goals and desires. We will also conduct a face and skin analysis, which will help us determine the most suitable treatments for you.
We will provide an honest assessment of what you can expect from each treatment, including realistic outcomes and any necessary lifestyle changes. If needed, we can refer you to our in-house team for further support.
Your Treatment
Our mission is to provide a personalised experience of exceptional quality. Our expert team performs all treatments with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Upon entering our clinic, we ask that you use the provided hand sanitiser, have your temperature taken, and complete a questionnaire to update us on your current health and wellbeing. For your safety, all treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitised between clients. We hope that these measures help you feel comfortable and fully enjoy your experience with us.
Aftercare
After your treatment, your Practitioner will discuss the appropriate aftercare measures with you, which you will also receive via email. We are always available to support you throughout your unique journey, and we welcome you to reach out to us via phone or email if you have any concerns.
For your complete peace of mind, we also provide an out-of-hours emergency contact.
